How many mailboxes do I need?
It depends on your monthly volume. A Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox safely sends 30 cold emails per day. Our SMTP mailboxes handle 50 per day. Use the calculator above to get a recommendation based on your target volume.
What is the difference between standard and pre-warmed mailboxes?
Standard mailboxes are new accounts with DNS pre-configured. You need to warm them for 2-3 weeks before sending at full volume. Pre-warmed mailboxes come with established sender history and domain included. They are ready to send from day one.
Can I use these mailboxes with my existing sequencer?
Yes. All mailboxes work with any SMTP-compatible sequencer: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Plusvibe, or SendEmAll. You get SMTP credentials and add them to your platform.
What is the MS Azure Tenant option?
Microsoft Azure gives you 100 mailboxes on a single domain for $70/month. Each mailbox sends fewer emails per day (5 cold + 5 warmup), but the sheer volume of mailboxes means you can send 11,000+ emails per month from one tenant. Best for high-volume operations.
Do I need to buy domains separately?
For standard mailboxes, yes. You bring your own domain or we can help source them. For pre-warmed mailboxes, the domain is included in the price ($20 one-time domain cost baked in). We handle purchasing, DNS, and warmup.
How fast can I start sending?
Standard mailboxes are provisioned within 24 hours. Pre-warmed mailboxes are ready to send immediately. For managed setup (Tier 3), allow 2-3 weeks for the full warmup cycle.
What if my reputation drops?
Our monitoring alerts you before serious damage happens. We provide recovery guidance and can provision replacement mailboxes quickly. Pre-warmed replacements skip the ramp-up entirely.
Is there a minimum purchase?
