Campaign Data
We store the campaign configurations you create, including target audience criteria, messaging templates, sending schedules, and personalization parameters.
Lead Data
When you use our discovery and enrichment pipeline, we process contact information for potential buyers including names, email addresses, company details, job titles, and publicly available professional data sourced from our 18 integrated providers.
Email Sending Data
We collect data related to email delivery through our managed infrastructure, including send timestamps, delivery status, open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and engagement metrics.
Managed Infrastructure Data
We maintain logs related to the managed sending infrastructure we operate on your behalf, including domain health metrics, Smart Ramp-Up status, and deliverability scores.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, credit consumption, browser type, IP address, and device information.

- To process your campaigns, including lead discovery, enrichment, verification, personalization, and sending
- To track credit usage and manage billing across Trial, Pro, Business, Scale, and Enterprise plans
- To monitor and optimize email deliverability and Smart Ramp-Up processes
- To evaluate Reply Guarantee eligibility (50+ replies in 90 days on Business and Scale plans)
- To send transactional emails such as billing confirmations, usage alerts, and platform updates
- To improve our services, develop new features, and analyze platform performance
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations
- To respond to your support requests and communications
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services that help us operate the platform
- Data providers: Our integrated data providers receive queries to fulfill lead discovery requests but do not receive your campaign data or messaging

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, to protect your data during international transfers.

SendEmAll is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
